Ingredients Needed:
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 tsp. stevia
Steps:
- Pour your chocolate whey protein, stevia, baking cocoa, and water into a mixing bowl, and begin mixing!
- Carefully transfer half of the mixture into a cupcake tin; and place the tin in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the tin from the freezer, get your peanut butter out and smear a tablespoon onto the chocolate. Place the peanut butter cups back into the freezer for another 20 minutes or so.
- Remove the tray from the freezer again, add the remainder of the chocolate to the top of the peanut butter cup; place the tin back in the freezer, allowing the cups to firm up.
- Enjoy a delicious & healthy snack.
