Protein Peanut Butter Cups


Ingredients Needed:


  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp. stevia




Steps:
  1. Pour your chocolate whey protein, stevia, baking cocoa, and water into a mixing bowl, and begin mixing!
  2. Carefully transfer half of the mixture into a cupcake tin; and place the tin in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove the tin from the freezer, get your peanut butter out and smear a tablespoon onto the chocolate. Place the peanut butter cups back into the freezer for another 20 minutes or so.
  4. Remove the tray from the freezer again, add the remainder of the chocolate to the top of the peanut butter cup; place the tin back in the freezer, allowing the cups to firm up.
  5. Enjoy a delicious & healthy snack.
